These are the COVID-19 safety measures we have adopted at Image 1 to keep us all safe.^*  They follow the latest Government advice and adhere to the guidelines set out by the National Hairdressing & Beauty Federation (NHBF).

1. On arrival you will be greeted without close contact. You will be asked to sanitise your hands and wear a suitable mask. I will be wearing all of the recommended PPE – mask, visor and gloves – over my workwear.
2. Please bring minimum personal belongings. These will be safely stored in the individual box provided.
3. Your temperature will be taken and recorded alongside your contact details for track and trace purposes. I will also ask your vaccination status.
4. You will be given a clean towel and gown.
5. Any used paper towels and tissues must be placed in the appropriate bins and you will be asked to re-sanitise your hands after coughing and sneezing.
6. Workstations, chairs, and equipment will be sanitised after each client.
7. All other surfaces – floors, door handles and the toilet area – will be sanitised as required.
8. Staff will be thoroughly washing and re-sanitising their hands between appointments.
9. Please do not touch the retail products – ask for assistance instead!
